Late one fall, near the end of the moose hunting season, I was at a local butcher shop, when "Harrry" came in.  The conversation went something like this:  Butcher:  "Well, Joy, B'y, how did you make out with your hunt?". Harry:  "Well, me son, I got luck early dis mornin'.  I got me a lovely bull moose.  And, I wants to know if you can butcher 'en fer me".  Butcher.  I 'low I can;  kind of busy now though;  where is it?"   "Out in me truck".  "Well, since tis cold, you can leave him there tonight.  Come back in the morning and I will see what I can do.  How do you want it cut?"  Harry says:  "I'd like as many steaks and roasts as you can get, and maybe a few bits for stew;  the rest I wants in  pork chops".
