Sugar Cured Ham and Bacon

2 cups fine salt
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup molasses
1 tbsp salt petre
1 tbsp cloves
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 cups brown sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon
Dissolve all ingredients in cold water and use to cover ham. Place in beef bucket and keep turning it every 2-3 days for 2 weeks, or until it is ready to eat. Take out and drip. Hang up.
