Partridgeberry Crumb Square
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup icing sugar
Second Layer:
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 1/2 cups Pure Labrador Lingonberry (Partridgeberry) Spread
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp brown sugar
Topping:
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecans
1 cup rolled oats
Bottom: Cream butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in flour. Press into 13×9 pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°F. Remove from oven and turn oven to 325°F. Second Layer: In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add condensed milk and blend until smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Pour over crust. In same bowl, combine cornstarch, Labrador Lingonberry (Partridgeberry) Spread and brown sugar. Mix well and spoon over cream cheese mixture.
Topping: In medium bowl, mic brown sugar and flour, cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add nuts and rolled oats.
Sprinkle over partridgeberry mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
