Shoe Cove Harbour
My husband took this picture of our wonderful harbour Jan. 2 when we had another one of those frequent high seas. The high wicked winds, which we barely get a repreive from, have made the ocean so angry in the past year, that it never seems safe to go out in the summer, let alone birding in the fall and winter. This particular day it was rolling in again tearing the guts right out of her! Just thought you could use a look at our tiny unsheltered harbour where no boats can hardly stay off in the summer let alone winter. Submitted By: Elizabeth Welshman
