Well, folks - this picture is what you are waiting for. There are 250 miles - more or less - of this sort of highway in the north. The highway department have kept inland far enough that the large breakers won't wash you - or your car - off the highway. Lily Myrden got seasick watching the breakers break a few feet from the car. About a mile or better, there's a range of mountains 2,000 feet or higher, and they are sure quite a sight. We plan on going to St. Anthony - 674 miles return from our house.
