Not A Minute Goes By
Not A Minute Goes By
Not a minute goes by
That I don't think of thee
From mornings first rays
To night's last decree
Oh how it affects me
Day after day
So enthralled with your beauty
Fair takes my breath away
Your fine form ignites me
Creates a fire in my soul
It sure has an effect
And on me takes its toll
Wish we were together
In one place at one time
The effect would be magic
An experience so sublime
I would so like to include you
In my travels around the world
And fine views share together
As excitement around us swirled
And trips to our homeland
Would be first to be faced
A place we share love for
Where we first embraced
That embrace sealed forever
A bond between us two
One never to be broken
No matter what we go through
An imaginative poem about shared love and travel interests.
