Robert Acker, originally from Cape Breton, NS (whose partner is a Newfoundlander from Corner Brook), poses with his the Olympia / Zamboni ice clearing machine and the NL flag.

Mr. Acker is one of several "ice doctors" at the Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver, the Olympic venue for short track and figure skating.

His driving and "icing" talent helped Canada achieve several medals at the Olympics!
