she wouldn't go behind my back
Her hair it is, so light and fair
and i really couldn't care
if she was dark and had brown eyes
or if her hair was like french fries
because you see, she will always be

She shared my thoughts all through the years
and we have cried a good many tears
we laughed and joked, a lot of times
to hear her voice is like sunshine
some days when she is not at home
