Holloway School, St. John’s
Hi Ron: Do any of your readers remember the old Holloway School in St. JohnÂ’s? It was formerly known as the Methodist College, and was located on LongÂ’s Hill. I attended this school from kindergarten to grade 6 in the early 1940s, and have fond memories of my days there. It was designated to be demolished and a new condominium erected on the site. Demolition did take place, but I believe the condo project fell through. What is the current status of this property? Submitted By: John Cornick
