This past Spring, we were able to place a check beside another item on our bucket list, a trip to the eastern Mediterranean. our trip started with a two visit to Cyprus highlighted by the marriage of son Sheldon to Christiana Pyrillou, a native of Cyprus. We experienced the Cypriot version of "the big fat Greek wedding" and our waistlines are testament. We saw many of the sites of Cyrus and were treated to awesome Greek Cypriot hospitality. Our Mediterranean experience concluded with a seven day cruise from Venice to such wonderful places as Dubrovnik, Santorini, Athens and Split.
