Earlier this year we were able to check off another item on our bucket list, a trip to the Mediterranean. The trip included a two week stay in Larnica, Cyprus highlighted by the marriage of our son Sheldon to Christiana Pyrillou which included a "big fat Greek wedding." While enjoying Cypriot hospitality we saw many of the highlights of the island of Cyprus. the third week of our holiday included a cruise of the eastern Mediterranean, originating in the beautiful city of Venice followed by daytime port stops at Dubrovnik and Split, Croatia; the beautiful island of Santorini and the historic city of Athens.
