Ardent fisherman, 1926
This picture of my Grandfather, Arthur Bliss Smith, was taken circa 1926. In addition to being an ardent fisherman he was also very fond of partridge shooting, spending many hours roaming the various barrens on the Avalon peninsula. Heart’s Content barrens was his favourite haunt.
