Approval Required
Have you ever felt you've always knelt
At the alter of your mate
That in the end your life was a blend
And that was the way it would end

Decisions were joint, and what was the point
Of having it any other way
When deep down you really can say
You wouldn't wish to have it any other way

But how lovely it feels to think you're in charge
When really it's out of your hands
But God bless your soul mate so loyal and true
She knows how to handle you, she really do

So please be content for the time you have spent
Under your loved ones control
She does it in such a dutiful way
And makes you feel like a king day by day

God bless them I say, for without them we would
Be in a pickle no doubt about that
And therefore without hesitation I say
Accept approval required without any delay
