4 cups flour
1/3 lb salt pork cup in fine cubes
4 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup lukewarm water (or enough to make tea buns consistently)

Sift flour and baking powder in mixing bowl. Cut pork in fine cubes, rinse in warm water and partially fry in pan. Cool pork a little; pour pork, and fat driven from it, in a hollow made in flour.
