Salmon Roasted with Balsamic Vinegar

2 lb salmon, skin removed
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or 1.2 tsp dried
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, brown sugar, oil, garlic, rosemary and pepper. Pat fish dry. Place fish in a dish and rub in marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in fridge. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt. Roast in 350°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
