Peaches and Cream Chicken

2 chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1 tin peaches, diced
1 cup honey dijon salad dressing
1 cup apricot jam

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides and pan fry on stove. When chicken is cooked, add peaches (including juice). Mix apricot jam and salad dressing and ensure chicken is completely covered with mixture. Allow to simmer for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
