Liver and Bacon Appetizers

1 lb chicken livers, halved
vinegar to cover
bacon strips, halved
vinegar to cover
bacon strips, halved
Soak chicken livers in vinegar at least 2 hours. Drain well. Wrap in strips of bacon and pin with a toothpick. Bake at 300°F until bacon is crisp. Serve hot.
