Hawaiian Meatballs

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
Sauce:
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 1/4 cups pineapple tidbits
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
Sauce:
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 1/4 cups pineapple tidbits
Mix ground beef, crumbs, salt and egg together. Roll into balls and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes. Remove and drain grease. Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Add soy sauce and vinegar, then water and juice. Boil in pan. Stir well until thickened. Add pineapple and meatballs. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
