Fish Casserole

2 cups cooked cod
1 1/2 cups white sauce
2 tbsp butter
4 hard cooked eggs
4 med. sized cooked potatoes
1/2 cup day-old bread crumbs

Bone and flake fish, place half in bottom of buttered casserole dish. Slice eggs and lay over fish. Cover with 1/2 of white sauce. Cover with 1/2 of potatoes, sliced. Repeat these layers again. Melt butter, add crumbs. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake in moderately hot oven, 400°F, about 20 mins. Serves 6-8.
