Custard Pudding

2 cups flour
3 tbsp custard powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter
3/4 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder

Mix dry ingredients. Make a hole in the dry ingredients, beat the egg in a cup, put in hole. Add vanilla and milk to the butter, make sure this is mixed really well, then add to the hole. Wet pudding bag, put everything in bag and boil with Jigs dinner for 1 hour.
