3 cups white sugar
3 cups water
5 - 6 tsp essence of peppermint (purchase at drug store)
green food colouring
1 (25oz) bottle of Borealis Vodka

1 (25oz) bottle of Borealis Vodka
Boil water and sugar slowly for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly and add essence of peppermint and green food colouring. Add one bottle of Borealis Vodka. Stir well and bottle. Let stand for 5 days.
