Chocolate Oreo Celebration Cake

1 container Duncan Hynes� chocolate frosting
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups Cool Whip�, thawed
12 Oreo� cookies, coarsely crushed

Prepare cake batter and bake in 2 - 9" round pans as directed on package. Cool cakes completely. Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer,until well blended.stir in cool whip and crushed cookies.place one cake layer on plate,spread with cream cheese mixture,top with remaining cake.spread chocolate icing over the top and around the bottom.
