1 box graham crackers
2 small packages instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 small container Cool Whip
1 can milk chocolate frosting
2 tbsp hot water

2 tbsp hot water
Layer 9x13-inch pan with graham crackers. Mix pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over graham crackers. Mix frosting with hot water. Frost top layer of graham crackers. Chill overnight.
