Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler. Heat only until just melted. Dip strawberries in the melted chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip into the pot before placing strawberries on parchment-lined pan to set (at this point you can also drizzle milk/white chocolate on them for contrast – melt them the same way, but only use half the butter). Store in the fridge until ready to eat. Serves 4.
