I express my gratitude for all life's beauty,
and the mundane, that becomes my duty.
I embrace this moment and strive to attain,
a life that is whole and free of pain.

I transcend this form, to be one with my soul,
by removing the noise, of the collective ego.
I walk in two worlds, thus becoming aware,
I am part of all life, all life everywhere.
