Moose Pie

First Layer:
2 cups mashed potatoes
2 cups bread crumbs
1 mid-sized onion, chopped
1 tsp. savory
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Second Layer:
1 - 1 1/2 lbs moose, chopped and fried in small amount of oil
2 tins cream of mushroom soup
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
Pastry Topping:
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
3/4 cup margarine
2 cups mashed potatoes

Second Layer:
1 - 1 1/2 lbs moose, chopped and fried in small amount of oil
2 tins cream of mushroom soup
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
Pastry Topping:
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch salt
3/4 cup margarine
First Layer:
Combine and place in pan or dish.
Second Layer:
Add mushroom soup and onion soup mix to moose. Place over first layer.
Pastry Topping:
Blend ingredients together and mix with enough cold water to hold pastry together. Spread over pie. Bake in 400 degree F oven for 30-35 minutes or until baked.
