Pork Chops with Lingonberry Mustard Sauce

2 tbsp olive oil
4-6 boneless pork chops
1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
1 cup Pure Labrador Lingonberry (Partridgeberry) Spread
1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
4-6 boneless pork chops
1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
1 cup Pure Labrador Lingonberry (Partridgeberry) Spread
1/3 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides, remove to baking dish. Add remaining oil and sauté onion 3 minutes or until tender. In small saucepan, stir together Pure Labrador Lingonberry Spread, mustard, ginger, nutneg, pepper and salt. Bring to boil and pour over pork chops.
Bake uncovered in a 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes depending on thickness of chops. Turn pork chops once during baking.
