Like our very busy mothers before us back in the day

I do ‘bellow’ for my son to come in at night I have to say

I work full time and I get busy around the home

I don’t always have time to go out and talk to my neighbors or to roam

I've seen/heard other British mothers do it as well so it's part of our culture

Just because we bellow out into the night doesn’t mean we’re vultures

Some of us bellow for our husbands and our pets

I don’t ever see that changing, I haven’t yet

It’s embedded in me but what can I do

I admit I am a ‘bellower’…what about you?!
