With-Trout a Legge to Stand On
A picture of my son, Justin Legge of Carbonear.
Justin is an electrician working on the oil fields in Alberta and likes to do ice-fishing on his turn-around.
He caught this trout on Ocean Pond, near Carbonear, after a day of ice fishing in February 2009.
If he had taken the 4-inch auger instead of the 6-inch auger, he said he would not have been able to get the trout through the hole!
The trout was 18 inches long and about 5 inches thick.
