With the Burridges in Their Gulch
Burridge’s Gulch, hanging valley, Gros Morne Park; a backcountry ski we do each year. It is about a 10 km return trip - a good grunt climbing through the woods for 20 minutes, and then fair going until you reach the Gulch. Dana Burridge and his wife Callista, residents of Deer Lake, come in with us sometimes. Dana’s grandfather used to trap in here many years ago. It's a great backcountry ski. Photo taken by my husband, David Hoover in early March, 2010. Submitted By: NULL
