Winsor, Roland – Triton
Roland Winsor (man at far right) was born November 11, 1921 to WWI verteran Authur and wife Fanny (nee Fudge) Winsor. He enlisted in the 16th Contingent of the Royal Navy (#299595). While serving his country he crossed the equator in Feb 1, 1942. After the war he married Marie Wiseman and raised a family of 5 children in Triton. Roland celebrates his 92 birthday this Rememberance Day and continues to reside in his own home in Triton
