Wigwam and Winter Lodge at Beaches
A note from southeastern Alberta prairies - Medicine Hat.: My partner for five years, Derek Tibbs, is a very proud Newfie from St. John's. We really enjoy your magazine. I had the opportunity to go home to Newfoundland with Derek summer of 2004. One of the highlights of our vacation was visiting the Beaches - old Beothuk settlement - only accessable by boat. We took a day trip with a wonderful couple doing boat tours from Burnside museum. I highly recommend this adventure. We'll be back home this summer. I love Newfoundland. . . the people. . . the wilderness. . . the music. . . the rugged coastline. Submitted By: NULL
