How peaceful it is just to sit and look

Listen to music or read a book

The peace and serenity goes without saying

A nice break from fishing, farming or haying

We can stay here till night falls and look at the moon and stars

Go in much later for a game of cards

The air here is so fresh and crisp

The glorious smells of the trees as the rain drips

I want to stay here forever in my rocking chair

The thought of leaving it I cannot bear~
