I am a Newfoundlander living in Ontario. I have a cousin in Corner Brook who sends me copies of your magazine (great stuff, keeps me in touch). I had an uncle, Bill Seabright, who passed away at Sunnybrook Hospital at the age of 97. I found the enclosed material in his belongings. I'm not sure that you can make use of it, but I thought I would send it along anyway. He was a police officer in St. John's in 1934, born in Botwood, but raised in Corner Brook.
