Some years back a local Grand Falls enforcement officer, Constable Lou Horwood, received a call from car number 2 regarding an ongoing break-in. His rather quick call came out a number of times as " two to Lou (toodleloo). Many local people began to tell the story which Constable Horwood himself also found humourous. One evening two young men on a motorbike passed Constable Horwood while he was on patrol and shouted out "two to Lou, two to Lou". They did this several times and disappeared behind a building. Constable Horwood left and parked in an obscure area keeping an eye on speeders and watching for other infractions. He suddenly heard the roar of the motorbike and noticed that it had gone through a stop sign. He immediately hit the siren and the motorbike with its' two riders pulled over. When Constable Horwood pulled up alongside the two young men, they were nervous and one blurted out, "it wasn't me Constable Horwood who said two to Lou, it was him," pointing to his buddy sitting on the rear seat. Constable Horwood replied, "I am not worried about that boys, but you are getting a ticket for going through the red light." Come over to my car and I will fill in the necessary details.   They followed Lou over and while he was getting the ticket ready the driver was mumbling about how angry his parents were going to be. As Lou was passing out the ticket through the car window he said " boys, this is not two to Lou, it's from Lou to you." I don't think those young men will forget their well deserved lesson.
