I was standing in a shelter,
To get out of the rain.
It was there I saw this bully boy
Playing out his game.

This old man was standing there.
He said, Son, let him be.
He thinks he's smart, but he will learn,
Just you wait and see.

I was just like this lad,
When I was a boy,
I liked to push small kids around,
I loved to make them cry.

Then came time to go to school,
Now I was in my glee,
There were plenty kids to push around,
And make afraid of me.

Then one day this pretty girl,
Was playing on the ground,
Of course I was a bully,
So I went and pushed her down.

She scratched her knee and began to cry,
But to my surprise.
When she got up off the ground,
She was a wild cat in disguise.

She kicked my shin, she bit my chin,
She stomped on the toe.
She kicked in another place,
That I could show.

She grabbed me by the collar,
And threw me on the ground.
My bully days are over,
I will never live this down.

But now that we are married,
Sometime late at night,
She chuckles about the time,
She whupped the bully in a fight.

Now we have grandchildren,
I have told the boys,
If you beat up on a pretty girl,
She could become your wife.

So here's to all the boys and girls
If a bully is your game,
Be prepared to take a fall,
