A picture of our dog, Trix, taken June 2, 2012. When I take him for a walk, he will only walk one way. Trix will lie down and won't move, so I pick him up and put him in the basket of my walker. Many people we meet ask, "Is your dog sick?" I say, "No way - It is the lazy days of summer." With other members of the family, he walks both ways.
I always look forward to the Downhome, to see the pictures that are sent in, and to read the stories. And then it is passed on to my son, who works out west.
