Hi Downhome<br /> We are submitting this photo on behalf of my husband's mother, Rachel MacFarlane of Stephenville Crossing NL. <br /> <br /> Rachel is an amazing 81 year old youngster. She decided to grace us with a visit for the winter of 2017/18. While in ON, among her many interesting stories, she mentioned that she had never been to Florida and that is one place she would like to see. My husband and I decided, for Christmas, to gift her a trip to Florida. She was thrilled, to say the least. <br /> <br /> During our discussions on what to take (as we were driving) she mentioned each time, &quot;Don't let me forget my Downhome&quot;. To reassure her, my husband put several issues of the Downhome in the trunk of the car. With each day trip throughout Florida there was always a copy of the Downhome in her purse. This picture is of her visiting Panama City Florida. <br /> <br /> She has been a subscriber to the Downhome since its inception. We jokingly tell her that we do not need a subscription as she reads it from cover to cover and tells us each and every item she has read, with so much interest and excitement.<br /> <br /> We do hope you can find a little space to put her picture in the Downhome ... it would be a thrill of a lifetime for her (yes, it would be more of a thrill than the actual visit to Florida).<br /> <br /> Thank you so very much<br /> Brian and Diana   Submitted By:
