When my daughter was 6 year old, myself and my husband decided that I should have my tubes tied because we had 7 children, our daughter the youngest. On the day of the surgery, my husband took our daughter to school. The next day the teacher said "How are you feeling, Mrs. Plante? Joy told me you had surgery."
