Imagine their surprise when my daughter and her husband living 'upalong' put a steak on the BBQ and as soon as the heat hit it, the shape became somewhat closely resembling Newfoundland. Of course her husband, being from the Codroy Valley, ate that portion and their little girl had Port Aux Basques!
