The Maple Leaf Forever
On February 15, 1965 the new Canadian Maple Leaf Flag was raised on parliament Hill. With the recent wave of patriotism, the flag has suddenly become an ubiquitous symbol of unity and a profound assertion of our identity as a sovereign nation. This is a photo I took in July, 2019 with the Canadian Flag and a lovely iceberg in the background.
