The longest place name in Wales
I visited in July 2013. It is the longest Welsh place name. Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch
This community is on the island of Anglesey in north west Wales. The name translates as "The church of St. Mary in the hollow of white hazel trees near the rapid whirlpool by St. Tysilio's of the red cave."
