Close your eyes and dream with me,
of a happy place for all little children
somewhere just beyond the shining sea.

It’s the land of laughter where children never cry,
you’ll only hear their shouts of happiness
and only see sweet tears of joy.

It’s a place for all children to run and play,
Just like busy little bees.
No child ever goes hungry,
no child is ever in need.

No child ever gets hurt
No child ever feels any shame,
It’s just a place full of fun and mystery,
laughing and playing children’s games.

No child ever gets bored,
there are many things to do,
there’s a park, a tree house, a water slide,
there’s even a petting zoo.

Gummy bears grow on bushes,
bubble gum grows on trees.
No child ever gets a toothache
or hurts their little knees.

In this dream there is a school,
but no need for any books,
There’s a wise old tree that teaches Math and English
and a story-telling babbling brook.

Dream of all the nice things until its tomorrow,
if they are not there when you wake up,
There’s no need for any sorrow.

Just remember the land of laughter when you go to bed each night
And the magic ship that will take you there,
when your mom turns out the light.
