Oh how they creep upon us while we're not paying attention

The holidays are done and there is a slow release of tension

Spring is a ways off and snow is still on the ground

Nice warm holiday places are sought to be bound

Movies are watched in abundance widespread

And books to get caught up on are finally read

Old board games make their way off the dusty shelves

We have to think of creative ways to entertain ourselves

Yes it's easy for us to get down this time of year
