We love "Downhome." My husband is a wonderful Newfoundlander who joined the military back in the late '60s as a 17-year-old. I was lucky enough to cross paths with him in 2007, and we married in 2008. My first trip to NL was in August 2009, and I fell in love with your beautiful province! The people are genuine and they make my heart smile. I thought that my Mr. Wonderful was the exception, but after being on the Rock, I soon found out that the people of NL are all wonderful! (Don't let him know that, as he is known to my family as Mr. Wonderful!)

We are coming back to NL this summer (last week of July) and I am so looking forward to it. I just wanted to let you know how much I love your province, people, magazine and export (my husband)!
