My mom was born in St. John's, and is now living in Lewisporte, N.L. My first trip to N.L. was in 2001. I fell in love with the island immediately, and two years later, my mom, her sister, husband and myself moved to Campbellton, N.L. I stayed for 2 1/2 years and had to leave because of the minimum wage.
