This picture was taken August 8, 2013, of my son Steve Wells, during his visit to the Island from Bowmanville, Ontario. He was excited to get the chance to try for a codfish...first time ever in his 29 years! He caught this awesome codfish in Notre Dame Bay waters, just outside Exploits. During his week-long visit, he caught more and bigger fish than any of us.
