What a shock when I came to page 121 of April's Downhome magazine and saw myself and my brother, George, on the steps of the Old Staff House School. That is where we both started school. I remember all the students in the picture and know that some have passed away. The teacher at the very back by the open door is Miss Lodge. I am in the third row on the right side - the girl with the white angora hat that my Gram knit for me. My brother, George, is at the very top left corner.
