My brother Dwayne and I grew up on Spotted Island with our mom, our Nan & pop.  Every summer we would spend months there while they fished.  We have the most beautiful memories of this special place.  We recently purchased our own place to be able to spend more time there now as adults.  It holds a special place in my heart, it's where my mom requested to go when she passed, so this place lets me feel my mom's presence while I'm there, but also brings back all the beautiful memories of a time when nothing mattered, only our happiness.
