ski cabin memories
This is a picture that was taken outside the ski cabin in Massey Drive around 1955. I am on the left (Marie Miles) and my niece, Gloria Payne, is on the right. (Only six months in the difference in our ages.)
My uncle, Albert Mouland and Aunt Mabel were caretakers of the ski cabin for years. My two brothers Bob and Hubert spent a lot of time there as well. If they were idle, Uncle Albert used to say he would nail them to the floor, so they had better be good (ha!).
We had good memories, especially Aunt Mabel's good meals. Gloria and I have always been like sisters instead of aunt and niece!
